We will collect information necessary to validate your course booking and to identify you for the purposes of providing the training service. The personal details you provide is stored and used to send pre & post course related information to you.
We may also collect information from you if you voluntarily complete any other forms on our site or if you contact us with comments or specific requests.
Additionally, we may collect information relating to your use of our training service for the purposes of monitoring and improving our provision and tailoring the provided service.
Photographs, videos and customer feedback may also be collected during the delivery of the training course for promotional purpose and staff development. Your name will not be published alongside photographs, videos and feedback.
If you have signed up for our e-newsletter, you can also receive occasional emails with information, special training offers etc. We will always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
Where you do not provide your consent, we will not collect personal information about you.

We respect the privacy of personal email accounts and we store your email addresses just as securely as other personal information. We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail and your details will not be passed to any organisation for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.
We may email you in response to enquiries you make about our services or service issues.

We sometimes use other companies to provide some of our services or to provide services to us. To enable them to do this, we may need to let them process your personal information. If you want to know exactly what personal information the Christian Mentoring Association holds about you, you can obtain it. If it transpires that the information held is inaccurate, we will make the necessary amendments and confirm to you that these have been made.
