Meet the CMA team

Funke Adeaga

 

Funke Adeaga commenced her early career in the Finance sector, but later pursued her dream of establishing JSapphirah, which designs and manufactures ladies shirts. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees in History and Law, and also holds a Master’s degree in Christian Mentoring.  She has been a member of the leadership team at Jesus House for all the Nations for over 29 years, during which she served as Pastor-in-Charge of the Women’s Ministry (Esthers’) for 6 years and is currently Pastor-in-Charge of the “Member-Facing” departments within the church.

Funke is passionate about encouraging, developing and empowering women, through the appreciation of their uniqueness and worth in Christ and the maximization of individual God-given potential. She has been instrumental in establishing a formal church-based mentoring programme for women (EMS), at her local church Jesus House.

Funke believes in the complete woman; one who is spiritually developed, astute and well turned out, and her message is that a woman should maximise each season of her life. She is passionate about mentoring, leadership and etiquette and also enjoys travelling, and reading.  She is married with 2 Children.

Ify Agboola

 

Ify Agboola is a Civil Servant with over 27 years work experience. Since Ify started her career in the Civil Service, she has served in a number of posts overseas and in London. Ify is also a Board Member of the BME Talent Development Programme, in her Home Department, as well as an Internal Promotion Assessor.

 

She holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy, and speaks French. She is also a qualified Agile Project Management Practitioner.

 

Ify is passionate about helping people maximise their potential, and has years of experience mentoring and coaching a wide range of people, within the workplace and outside of it. She is married with three children.

Lola Ajayi

 

Lola is an IT Professional with over 27 years’ experience in the Financial & Telecoms sector. She is a Business Analysis Manager responsible for leading and managing a team of analysts in the delivery of a dynamic change programme which involves working collaboratively with stakeholders in/outside her organisation. She holds an MSc in Information Management from Lancaster University.

She is a member of the leadership team in her church and served in the Women’s Ministry for 10 years. She also mentors ladies.

She is passionate about building relationships and Discipleship which is a catalyst for Christian growth and maturity.  Lola is married with two adorable children.

Nesochi Awujo

 

Nesochi is a learning practitioner with over 22 years of experience in providing quality training, coaching and mentoring to a wide range of learners. She has also worked with organizations across different sectors.

 

Nesochi holds a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring practice from Oxford Brookes University. In addition to this, she is a Microsoft Office Master Specialist and qualified assessor, she holds a Certificate in Training Practice and is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

 

Nesochi is passionate about helping people learn and develop, motivating them and helping them achieve their goals. She is married with three children.

Dupe Dina

 

Dupe Dina is an Investment Management Practitioner with over 26 years work experience in the Financial Industry specialising in Business Operations. She is currently working as a Portfolio Implementation Manager responsible for directing internal and external stakeholders during Portfolio launch and change events to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery for clients. She  works closely with the Client Businesses, Investment Teams, Internal stakeholders, Service providers and Mutual clients to ensure that the operational impacts of new portfolios, and changes to existing portfolios, and regulatory change, are clearly understood and implemented in an efficient and risk controlled manner.

Dupe earned an MBA from Warwick University and BS (Hons) in Applied Economics from Plymouth University. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Dupe is passionate about impacting people's lives and helping to make a difference by mentoring, coaching and motivating.  She has many years of experience within the Market place. She is married with three children.

Zion Ekundare

 

Dr Zion Ekundare is a practising Psychotherapist with a Diploma in Christian Counselling as well as a MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

Having recognised in practice that people struggle to break free from limitations, she is committed to helping people move closer towards actualizing their desires and becoming emotionally healthy.

A retired medical doctor, she currently juggles managing the Counselling Centre of a registered charity with her private Counselling practise, her personal ministry of Emotional Healing, and a radio chat show.

She is a skilled communicator, an avid reader, loves writing and everything artsy.

Enitan Okuyelu

 

Enitan Okuyelu is the Financial Director of a Global training organisation with 24 years of experience in the training and development environment.  This experience has driven her passion in making a difference in the lives of women and children using creative measures to unlock potentials.

She has many years of training and mentoring experience, especially focusing on young ladies. She is married with two children.

Enitan is a qualified Chartered management accountant and owner of cake company Art de Gateau where she exerts her creativity.
